We tailor our service to your needs, from providing perhaps a lady driver, to giving you a hand with carrying your shopping. Please ask us and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Families

We are proud to offer services tailored to families’ needs; we can provide booster seats on request; if you require a car seat for a younger child, we suggest you use your own which we can either return to your address or store for a return journey.

We also provide regular school drop-off services, and can provide a specific driver on request. All our drivers are CRB / DBS checked, and are courteous and helpful. If you need help loading shopping or a buggy, just ask!

The Elderly

Many of our repeat customers are elderly residents who don’t have their own transport. We take them on regular trips to the supermarket or for doctor’s and hospital appointments. Our drivers are courteous, reliable and are happy to help with lifting bags or escort someone to a reception area as needed – if you need extra help please let us know when booking. We also offer a ‘wait and return’ service (where appropriate) where we wait for the customer to complete their appointment and then return them home. Many of our elderly customers, once they get to know us, will ask for a specific driver by name and if possible we are happy to accommodate such requests.

We also offer a prescription pick up service.

Business Customers

As well as providing services within the local community, we offer highly competitive rates for business travellers to areas in the south-east region, including the international airports and the Eurostar hub at St Pancras. All our drivers accept card payments and are able to issue receipts.
